Ltd., known as "China No.1 IP Case in 2005", involving an alleged infringement on software copyright, Attorney Hongyi Jiang represented Donjin and successfully responded to the accusation, with the result that Intel finally withdrew its charges. In a series of copyright infringement cases in relation to Yamaha Corporation v. Medeli Electronics Co., Ltd, known in the Japanese media as the world's first copyright infringement dispute concerning electronic keyboard accompaniment music, Attorney Hongyi Jiang sued on behalf of Yamaha and prevailed in all instances, which had a significant impact in the Japanese IP circle and were extensively reported in the Japanese media.
